PRICES
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT at 8.1%.
Prices in euros are to be calculated based on the current exchange rate.
Transactions are conducted in Swiss Francs.
DELIVERY
All orders are delivered to the specified address within 7 days.
Delays in delivery do not entitle you to cancel the order or claim compensation.
Shipping is free for orders over 1,500 CHF.
PAYMENT
Payment is due 30 days net from the receipt of the invoice, with a 5% discount if paid within 20 days and 10% if paid within 15 days.
Late payments will incur reminder fees.
SHIPPING FEES
Transport and customs fees are to be paid by the customer.
It is agreed that the seller retains ownership of the goods until full payment of the invoice.
CLAIMS
Only claims made within 10 days of receiving the goods will be considered.
MT-BOX
Transportation from the residence to the place of business is at the customer's expense.
